Good Governance Academy "Governance Around the World - Turkey" Webinar was held on Thursday, March 23rd.
In cooperation with the Integrated Reporting Association Turkey (ERTA), the meeting was moderated by Carolynn Chalmers, CEO of the Good Governance Academy, with the valuable participation of Prof. Dr. Güler Aras, Chair of ERTA, Mr. Güzhan Gülay, Deputy General Manager of Borsa İstanbul, and Hale Oruç, Head of the Investigation and Permission Group of the Partnership Finance Department of the Capital Markets Board of Turkey as guest speakers.
In the webinar, all aspects of the corporate governance issue in Türkiye were discussed; the current regulatory framework, ongoing and planned activities in near future and roadmaps for companies were shared in detail.
