ERTA Executive Committee Chairman Prof. Dr. Güler Aras participated in the conference entitled “Financial and Non-financial Reporting: Shareholders’ Expectation and Value Creation” at the University of California, Berkeley on June 26, 2016, talking about integrated reporting in Turkey and the Turkish private sector’s approach.

ERTA Executive Committee Chairman Prof. Dr. Güler Aras organized a special session during the conference entitled “Financial and Non-financial Reporting: Shareholders’ Expectation and Value Creation” at the University of California, Berkeley on June 26, 2016. Prof. Aras chaired the session, and in her opening remarks, she talked about the development of integrated reporting in Turkey and the world, as well as the private sector’s approach to the new reporting standard. Panelists of the special session were Prof. Dr. Syhyam Sunder from Yale University, Prof. Dr. Prem Sikka from University of Essex, Prof. Dr. Paul Willams from North Carolina State University and Prof. Dr. Sue Ravenscroft from Iowa State University.
